Menstrual hygiene remains one of the most overlooked health issues in India, leading to school dropouts, infections, and gender-based stigma. Many young girls in underserved communities lack awareness, resources, and proper menstrual hygiene education, which affects their health and overall well-being. Project Her Comfort addresses this issue by educating adolescent girls on menstrual health, reproductive care, and hygiene management, ensuring they have access to sanitary kits and essential resources. By breaking taboos and encouraging open conversations, we empower young girls to manage their periods with dignity, confidence, and proper care. Through awareness sessions, school interventions, and sanitary kit distribution, this initiative is creating a lasting impact on menstrual health and hygiene for thousands of young girls in underserved communities.
